Within the framework of the presented topics of the SRSTI, the journal does not consider and does not publish articles that are fully or partially devoted to the following topics — military, military-technical and military-political; defense and dual-use technologies; all types of weapons (including civilian); explosive, poisonous, narcotic, psychotropic and other potent substances, as well as related topics. The journal encourages authors to submit such articles to specialized journals.
