Naumov Vladimir Arkadyevich – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor

V.A. Naumov is a professor at the Department of Technosphere Safety and Environmental Engineering in Kaliningrad State Technical University. The distinguished employee of the Higher School of the Russian Federation. Member of three dissertation councils. Research interests: head of the scientific school «Engineering and technical arrangement of the region territory». The main directions of scientific activity: Statistical analysis and generalization of hydrological observations in the rivers basins in the Kaliningrad region; Transportation of liquid food products through a process pipeline;Mathematical modeling of pump operation in water supply systems.
Author and co-author of more than 400 published scientific papers, including 9 monographs, 7 patents for inventions and utility models.

I welcome you to the pages of the scientific journal of the Russian Engineering Academy «Journal of Science and Education of North-West Russia». It is published as an online publication 4 times a year. The journal was founded in 2015, registered with the Ministry of Press, Broadcasting and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (E-mail No. FS77-63282). Identified by the international publishing number ISSN 2413-9858. It is registered in the system of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). Open access to the numbers is provided on the website (http://vestnik-nauki.ru ), as well as in the Scientific Electronic Library (https://www.elibrary.ru/title_about.asp?id=57096 ).
The journal is a scientific peer-reviewed electronic publication intended for publishing the results of scientific research. The purpose of the journal is to create effective scientific cooperation and communicative exchange between the Russian engineering and scientific community, information about innovative scientifically significant research results and progressive results of their application. Previously unpublished articles are accepted for publication in the journal. They must meet two main criteria: have an engineering orientation and contain elements of scientific novelty.
The journal is addressed to a wide range of specialists, scientists, scientific and pedagogical staff of universities, undergraduates, postgraduates. We will be glad to see you among our authors.
